Directions by Metro:

• Woodley Park (Red line)

  Come out of Metro and head south on Connecticut - towards McDonalds (enjoy the greasy smells). Make your first left onto Calvert Street. Cross Duke Ellington Bridge - you are heading towards Adams Morgan. Calvert will run into a major intersection, SunTrust Bank is across the street on the right. Make a right here onto Columbia Rd. Make your first left onto Belmont, just past the IGA mini-market. We are about 5 houses down on the right, the house with the tree stump just near the front door.

• Columbia Heights (Green Line)

  Come out of the 14th street exit WEST.

  Head west on Irving Rd. Make a left onto 16th Street. Go one long block and Make a right onto Columbia Rd. Take Columbia Rd. West and cross 18th Street. Make your first left onto Belmont, just past the IGA mini-market. We are about 5 houses down on the right, the house with the tree stump just near the front door.

Directions by car:

• MD:
  Connecticut Ave > Go East on Kalorama Rd > Colombia Rd. > Belmont Rd.
  Georgia / 16th Street > Colombia Rd. > Belmont Rd.

• VA:
  95 south to 395 north. Take 395 to Memorial Bridge exit. This exit will get you on a road that runs adjacent to river. Follow signs to the Memorial Bridge. Stay in your right lane as you cross Memorial Bridge. The right lane will curve to the right at the Lincoln Memorial. Stay in this lane and eventually you will merge onto Rock Creek parkway. This gets tricky....
  
  Rock Creek Parkway will wind around after you pass under the Memorial Bridge. Follow the main road in the right lane - do not turn off or at any point - after the bridge it will wind to the left and then to the right - stay on this road.
  
  Eventually you will pass under the Kennedy Center which is floating over Rock Creek Parkway. Keep going straight. You will go under a couple of bridges, make wide turns, go under another bridge, drive into a wooded area. When you see signs fot the Zoo, get in your far left lane.
  
  You will approach a tall bridge. The left lane will begin to curve further left away from the other lanes. Follow this up the steep hill to the light.
  
  Make a right at the light and the next major intersection will be Connecticut Avenue. Go straight across Connecticut Avenue and you will cross Duke Ellington Bridge. The road you are on is Calvert Street.
  
  Take Calvert straight until your next major intersection. Mcdonalds on left Suntrust on right. Go straight through light onto 18th street. The first block make a right - this is Belmont Road. Park immediately. Come to 1830 Belmont Rd., NW. Walk up to the house - flag in front. Maybe some banners.
